We do not just promise our Clients that we will introduce Candidates to them that will be a good fit to their stated specifications – we back it up with our unique 2 year warrantee! This warrantee is double the industry standard and as far as we know, unrivalled on the African continent. Through offering this warrantee, we give Clients and Candidates piece of mind that we have done whatever possible to match the role and Client requirements on the one hand, the Candidate expectations and abilities on the other hand.

Paying special attention to detail throughout the process ensures a win-win situation for all concerned.

Our Unique Loyalty Reward Program


Most of our business comes from existing Clients – Clients who have experienced our service and professionalism and who are satisfied with results from previous assignments. As stated below, rewarding loyalty is one of our “BIG FIVE VALUES”…

In terms of our Client LOYALTY REWARD PROGRAM, we will execute every fourth search assignment received from a Client in a 12 month period, at no fee. The “value” of this free assignment will be limited to the average fee charged for the three preceding assignments. All our normal procedures, services and warrantees will also apply to the free assignment.

This potentially means a saving of 33% to loyal Clients!

Global Reach But With Personal Attention


We have achieved exceptional global capabilities by not aligning ourselves exclusively to one Global Executive Search Group but by having non-exclusive collaboration arrangements with four Global Groups. Through these arrangements, we have access to resources in more than 200 offices, situated in most major cities in the world.

As each and every search assignment is unique and treated uniquely by us, it is comforting to know that we have access to resources most suited to the specific assignment, to assist us in our process. Whilst we have extensive global reach, we are a small, entrepreneurial firm where personal attention is inevitable! This is just how we operate.

A further advantage of being small is that our hunting range is large or maybe even unlimited. It is an irony of our industry that the largest search firms have the smallest hunting areas. Due to the “out of bounds” arrangements that most search firms have with their clients (meaning that search firms will not approach current employees of current clients) especially in small industries, large search firms who work for many competitors in the same industry are limited to where they can search for candidates.

Free Personality Profiling


The biggest risk in employing new executives and the number one reason why new executives fail, is the poor match between the new executive’s personality and the working environment. Normally candidates’ qualifications and experience are easy to match to the specifications before a job offer is made.

How well a candidate’s personality profile matches the working environment and culture of the organization, normally only becomes evident after a number of months in the role, when it is too late.

The personality profile assessment is done for our BIG FIVE shortlisted candidates (at no cost to our Clients) as a valuable aid to ensuring that we limit the chances of a mismatch.

We may also ask new clients to complete a short questionnaire to assist us with the matching process.

All Inclusive Fees


The fees quoted by us are inclusive of most expenses. Extraordinary travel expenses are an exception but it will be authorised by the client prior to the expense incurred.

The following services are typically billed for by most Retained Executive Search Firms:

  • Verification of the preferred candidate's identity, tertiary qualifications, credit and criminal records. - References
  • A personality profile report with suggested questions that the Client can explore during an interview to ensure that any issues identified will not result in a poor fit to the role or culture of their company. (A comprehensive psychometric assessment can be arranged but will be for the client's account)
